Mom bought lobster for $5.99 a pound which is pretty cheap. Was very fresh and very tasty, and of course we had clarified butter. You gotto love the chinese newspaper underneath.
Oysters, chinese way. $1.59 each from Bur Oak grocery store by our house. My mom prepared them with black bean sauce and green onion.
Darrick and Tiff made some mushroom caps.. which are basically button mushrooms turned over and filled with a mixture of breadcrumbs, bacon, onion, peppers. What an amazing meal! Have a great time in India!
