Say hello to May's other love, her chili pepper. he/she has been growing through the entire summer.... out on our deck and on the window sill of our downtown apartment..and now he/she has followed me to my markham home window sill. You'll also notice the lovely owl flower pot May bought on etsy. I just wanted to let May know that her chili is red now =]
I made this yesterday for lunch. Used up a quarter cabbage and half a large carrot and made this coleslaw with apples in an apple cider vinegrette. Again i was super lazy, so i just found a can of salmon to finish this off. Kind of weird combo but it still tasted good.. I need to buy some whole mustard.
