So.. i should tell you why i was in the Goderich newspaper? May already knows why we went but doesn't know about this news clipping until she reads this. We both spent the last weekend before she went to Rome on the shores of Lake Huron for the Taste of Huron Festival. We had an amazing weekend at the The Little Inn in a small quaint town of Bayfield, Ontario. You can tell just by the note i received in the mail, how personal the service was at the Little Inn. May and I got to relax, spend quality time together and plenty of delicious fresh local food. More photos from that weekend to come....The photo of me wolfing down a peice of cake is from a culinary workshop called "Back to the future" that was held in the The Little Inn's kitchen with chef Joseph, teaching us new school methods being used in the kitchen. All things ranging from cooking meats Sous Vide to using nitrogen pressured canisters to create flavoured foams for soups, and desserts. We had an amazing time!
