I ran around from grocery store to another looking for good Leg of Lamb and eventually found myself back at Feista Farms. By far the best quality and honestly not that much more expensive considering how much fresher the meat looked.
here are the ingredients. eggplant, tomatoes, red onion and 4.5 lb leg of lamb. the recipe used is from Jamie Oliver's Cookie with Jamie book
its a very simple meal for the most part. you have a lamb roast rubbed with rosmary and roasted tomatoes, eggplant and red onion that essentially roast/stew in the pan into a chunky ragu.
we had william over for dinner and also made sweet potato french fries to round out the meal =]
