British Turkey & Peppadew Peppers *Recipe Competition*

The other week I was contacted by the lovely people at British Turkey to see if I would like to enter their latest competition.. and if you have a blog then you can enter too! All you have to do is create a delicious recipe using British Turkey and Peppadew Peppers and email your blog link to them by May 14th.


I love turkey, as it is not only low in fat and high in protein, but it is cheap too! Turkey can be often half the price of chicken and beef weight for weight, so no wonder it is growing in popularity. It is an inexpensive source of B vitamins and minerals such as selenium, zinc and phosphorus. Peppers, on the other hand, are a fantastic low calorie source of fibre, vitamins A and C, and minerals such as potassium.. a highly nutricious meal if you combine the two!
