Sorry! I haven't been keeping up with my posts. I should have told you that I went on a trip. As Gabe has mentioned, I went on a trip to southern Italy with my class for the last five days. We left early on Thursday Morning. I packed up these perfectly shaped pears with me on the road. They're so tiny and adorable!! We stayed in Paestum for four nights and visited many places close by.

Dinner was included at the hotel for the nights we were staying there, they weren't that great, so it's not worth showing you here. But I have to tell you about the buffalo mozzarella, because that's what Paestum is famous for! There's a buffalo farm near our hotel, and they not only had buffalo mozzarella but also buffalo milk gelato! It was delicious! We bought a whole ball of mozzarella to bring home, and hence my lunch today was filled with buffalo mozzarella loveliness.
One last thing. I got to show you these photos of the upside down fig tree! Gabe did a hand stand in front of it four years ago, and then there was us girls, who couldn't do hand stands, reaching up just a few days ago. You can see how much the tree has grown over the years!It's good to be back to Rome again. I missed talking to Gabe online.
