Hi It's May again. This is going to be a short post.
I made this soup the day after I came back from the trip. It's so good to be able to cook at home again. I was tired of the hotel dinners.
In order to make a soup, you gotta have the very essential chicken stock, but you can't find any of that in Rome. Instead, they use the powder for their soup broth. Yeah I thought that's a little strange too, but it tasted just as good!
This is a one pot meal, perfect for a quick dinner. You can put in whatever you like, and it'll taste good!
