okay, so my last post was full of gluttony, so to save some credibility.. i thought i'd share some, well hopefully "better" meals.
Nothing better than some smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese, tomatoes, greens and of course capers!
Darrick didn't think so, but i'm convinced that it tasted better with the layers of tomato and salmon layered on top of one another like a pinwheel
Pomello is easily one of my favourite fruits, as long as its in season. May and I would polish off a whole Pomello easily in one evening curled up infront a movie. Fresh Ontario peach and of course toasted walnuts. Pumpkin Tart for the fall season to round off my afternoon snack
I found a leftover baked potato so i chopped it into cubes and crisped them up the pan with bacon, topped with sour cream, green onions and to make myself feel less guilty i cut up half a cucumber underneath.
