I saw brussel sprouts in the grocery store yesterday, and thought of this dish that Gabe made with brussel sprouts. It was served with a yogurt sauce as a substitute of sour cream.
I thought it was a pasta, but he said it was with perogies. Well, I decided to do a pasta : )
In terms of content, there's brussel sprouts, onions, parsley , pancetta and linguine pasta. For the sauce I used plain yogurt mixed with parsley , salt, pepper and paprika. It tasted better than I expected!
