This smoothie recipe makes a large serving and provides just 163 calories - so it's perfect for weight loss too.
To make this delicious smoothie (which taste testers have called 'better than what you buy at the shops'.. I kid you not!), you will need...~1 cup (100g) of summer berries (I used frozen berries)
1/2 a large, or 1 small frozen banana
200ml of Alpro Soya Milk (I used the original)
Optional: a few ice-cubes!
And here's what to do.. ok so this really isn't hard...
1) Add your berries, banana and milk to your blender..
2) Blend..
3) Enjoy!
