I think I' m officially tired of pastas. Really..I just want non-Italian food these days.
So how about Bangers n Mash? Sounds good to me.
I looked up this recipe. Looks like it's Jamie Oliver's.
I fudged mine though..no fancy herbs, because it's hard to get them in small bunch for one meal. The onion gravy is key in this dish. Make sure you fold in a chicken stock cube and butter!
